Select your starting category, download and complete the questionnaire and send it to: sekretariat@europeanquality.eu<\/a><\/p>\n

Self-assessment questionnaire<\/a><\/p>\n

Stage 2<\/h3>\n

Have the current certificates from ZUS and Tax Office on having no arrears<\/p>\n

Stage 3<\/h3>\n

Make an appointment for an Audit, conducted by QUALITAS Foundation trained and accredited experts. Audits are conducted separately for each category.<\/p>\n

Stage 4<\/h3>\n

Select your form of promotion:<\/p>\n
