We talked about it on November 28th this year\u00a0 during the conference organized by the Qualitas Foundation. The same day we&#8217;ve honored Laureates of EUROPEAN QUALITY CERTIFICATE\u00ae 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/europeanquality.eu\/cnt\/upld\/2018\/12\/img_8811-tile-640x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"640\" height=\"321\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><span>This time it was Mys\u0142owice and the industrial interior of the Bo\u0144czyk Shaft that became the center of talks about quality, management and contemporary approach to business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Inaugural speech: Employee market? Good with it! As the long-term vision of the company allows to avoid the surprising effects of the &#8220;employee market&#8221; was presented by Marek \u015aliboda, the president of Marco Sp. z o.o. On a daily basis, he manages the company, which is one of the few recognized as so-called turquoise organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The issue of effective management in the times of the employee market was also raised during the panel discussion, in which they participated:<\/span><br \/>\n<span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Danuta Hanna Jakubowska, PR Manager, Pharmaceutical Company LEK-AM,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Zygmunt Kr\u00f3l, President of the Board, Saatbau Polska Sp. z o.o.,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Miros\u0142awa Gerkowicz, Director of the Department for the Quality of Education WSEI Lublin.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>The discussion was moderated by Marcin Ka\u0142u\u017cny, President of the Board of the Qualitas Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The culmination of the event was the gala, during which the Laureates of EUROPEAN QUALITY CERTIFICATE\u00ae 2018 were awarded diplomas and statuettes. The full list of awarded companies is placed in the latest edition of Quality Magazine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During the Gala, the Laureate of this year&#8217;s edition of the QUALITY IKAR competition was also announced. The awarded MA thesis was written by Andrzej Zakr\u0119cki, a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology Stanis\u0142aw Staszic in Krakow.
